Tom has served a Clinical Director for a National ASC company, Served on the PTAC committee for the Joint Commission representing Physician Owned Hospitals, Interim CEO, CNO and Administrator for Specialty Hospitals and ASCs, and Infection Preventionist for ASCs. Tom has strong experience in clinical practice, leadership, management, administration and regulatory control.

Work with ASC ownership and leadership to work through the difficult and comprehensive issues of start-up, licensure, compliance, development and implementation of an ASC either from ground floor start-up, development or mid-course correction to assure a successful start-up and financially successful daily operation.
